This is a fantastic opportunity to own an apartment in "The Miracle in the Desert" - Las Vegas, USA. 'Grandview at Las Vegas' is approximately 6 miles from the airport, on the main strip with good links to all that Las Vegas and Nevada has to offer - the big hotels and casinos, Fremont Street, Madame Tussaud's, the Liberace Museum, Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, and the Hoover Dam. A shuttle bus is available to the Strip if you don't have a car.

The apartment is a double unit (often called a lockout or lock-off as each half of the apartment can be used separately) and each bedroom can sleep four people. The lounge area in each apartment is very spacious, and comes with TV, DVD, and phone. Also included in each apartment is a full kitchen and bathroom.

Guests at Grandview at Las Vegas have a great choice of leisure facilities including, five swimming pools & spa tubs, a pool & play area dedicated for the children, BBQ grills, a gym, snack bar/deli and ATMs. The resort features free Wi-Fi in rooms and in designated common areas, also, a computer station area. Grandview at Las Vegas is affiliated to RCI, and is a Gold Crown resort.

Although this timeshare is in week 37 (mid-September), we have exchanged it for other weeks in other resorts around the world with RCI (for a small Exchange Fee). Some of the countries we've visited in the 11 years we've had the timeshare are: Egypt, Morocco, USA, Spain, UK, Cyprus, Malta, and Portugal. All the resorts we've visited have been Gold or Silver Crown with RCI have excellent facilities and make the perfect location for a holiday.
