The unit is associated with Marriott Vacation Club and can be used all year, except week 52. It is a floating week and can booked online or by calling Marriott Vacation Club agents at dedicated call centre.
The Unit can also be exchanged through Interval International for an alternate Marriott Vacation club resort, or alternative vacation club locations, subject to availability. This can be booked online or via a telephone call. Marriott Vacation Club also offers the option to trade for Vacation Club points which can be used to purchase Marriott Holidays (subject to separate annual membership fee).

The Unit consists of 2 bedrooms, typically with 1 King size bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have on-suite bathroom. The unit also consists of lounge (with sofa bed), kitchen and balcony / patio (depending on ground or upper floors). The balcony / patios are screened for safety. This unit can sleep 6-8 people, but comfortably 6. The units have television in lounge and bedrooms, and 2 bed units have a washing machine in kitchen cupboard. All units have air conditioning.

The unit can be booked 1 week for the whole unit, or can be 'locked-off' and option of 2 weeks in a 1 bedroom unit available. This must be selected at time of booking.

Within the grounds are miniature golf course, Waterworks, an on-site water playground, and Shipwreck Landing, a themed pool area featuring a pirate ship, with water slides and water cannons. There is also a fitness centre and free Wi-Fi. There are parking areas around the individual villa units.

In the past, we have used this accommodation for family holidays in and around the area, plus exchanged and enjoyed holidays in Miami, Thailand, Canada, and Mexico through Interval International Exchanges.

Reason for selling: My children are now grown up and flown the nest!
