The apartment caters for four people and is part of the Carlton Hotel in Bournemouth. It has one bedroom with a king size bed and there is a sofa bed with bed linen provided in the sitting room. There is a television in both rooms.
It was recently fully refurbished and is kept in pristine condition. There is a full staff to provide housekeeping and maintenance on site.

The kitchen has all the equipment, including a dishwasher, you would expect in a modern apartment. There is a large bathroom with both bath and shower. It has a private patio complete with sun loungers and garden tables and chairs for alfresco dining. Time share owners are able to use all the hotel amenities which include a large heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, bar, and restaurant.

There is a lift to the level of the apartment and at the rear the patio door leads also to hotel gardens and pool area.
There are designated parking areas for timeshare owners. Transport links are good with Bournemouth Airport six miles away and both road and rail links very convenient. The station is one mile.

Bournemouth gardens and the main shopping area are within an easy walk as are the pier and numerous restaurants.
The Carlton Hotel is just opposite a walkway accessing Bournemouth' s award winning sandy beaches and has beautiful views. It is a short drive to Poole Harbour and Sandbanks. There are some fantastic walks and places to visit in and around this area.

I have had some great holidays here and would not be selling only for the fact that I have recently bought a puppy !
