The timeshare is located at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Bay Malta. This is a five star resort and offers a number of five star facilities. It is also part of RCI with a variety of exchange opportunities.

The hotel is located right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Malta. Sitting in the balcony of the timeshare or from each of the large French windows one can enjoy the panoramic views and look over the seas and the ragged coastline. The hotel is an island paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of the Maltese towns and villages but still close enough to enjoy some sightseeing trips to some of the historical sights of the Maltese Islands.

From the hotel itself one can enjoy a number of water activities, swimming in the crystal blue sea, enjoying a dive or a paddle-boat ride. The hotel also offers other water sports facilities such as the rental of jet-skis and parachuting over the sea. The weather is warm enough from May through to November/December so water activities can be carried out practically throughout the year. The hotel is an ideal hide-away especially for families since the children find so many things to do on the beach and in the hotel itself that one can relax in a safe and friendly environment. The hotel is also situated close to one of the Island's natural parks, the Majjistral Park and if the sea is not your cup of tea, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the natural countryside, exploring hidden coves, and cliffs. You can take in your fill of the wild flowers and if you are lucky enough you can even spot a wild hare or two.

The hotel itself has four restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and children's areas where the children can play under your watchful supervision. There are also organised kids clubs, activities for adults and bus trips to different locations on the Island. If you are not too keen on eating in restaurants, your timeshare also has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a shop onsite from where you can buy food to cook your own meals. You can also get a relaxing massage at the Spa and swim in both the outdoor and indoor pools.

The hotel is only 5km away from the nearest town Mellieha which has its own churches, many restaurants and beaches. It is 20km away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Malta's capital city Valletta where you can roam 'the city of gentlemen' built by the Knights of Malta, look at the many treasure in the Palace, St. John's co-cathedral and have a look at the 'beheading of St. John' Caravaggio's famous painting. You can also get to Sliema and St. Julian's where there are many restaurants, bars and shops and nightclubs to enjoy a night out on the town. You can also visit Mosta and the famous Mosta Dome, the hypogeum and Hagar Qim which is one of the oldest free standing temples in the world. The Maltese Islands are a haven of culture, fun, sea and sun.
