The apartment was fully refurbished 3 years ago and is very well maintained by the hotel housekeeping and maintenance staff, it has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large private patio with dining and sun lounger facilities leading on to the well-maintained hotel gardens.

The apartment affords full use of the hotel facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi, and restaurant which offers dining discount for owners.

The Carlton Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Bournemouth's golden sandy beaches.

The front door of the apartment is served by a private lift and the rear door gives access to the private patio, hotel gardens and Hotel amenities including pools etc.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this apartment for a number of years and the only reason we are selling is that we have now retired to the Bournemouth area.
