Club Del Carmen is situated in the quieter end of Puerto Del Carmen near on the corner of Calle Noruega and Avenue De Las Playas approximately 3 miles from Lanzarote's Arrecife airport.

The Club has a heated swimming pool, children's pool, and a whirlpool, during pool opening hours there is a lifeguard on site.

The week on offer is week 37 which is in mid-September, this seems to be a popular week as it is just outside the school holidays times, flights therefore tend to be quite a lot more economical during this period.

The apartment for sale is a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment, with wheelchair access if required, it sleeps 4 people, the apartment has air conditioning, has a well equipped kitchen with full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, it has its own private bathroom with bath/shower, the open plan living area has a bed settee, satellite TV and a DVD and a telephone, alarm clocks are provided in both the bedroom and living area.

Just a few steps across from the small front terrace of the apartment is the main pool, at one end of which is the bar restaurant, which has an excellent and varied menu, serving food and drink from around 10am till late and at the other end the reception area which is available 24 hours, at night there is a security guard on duty.

Around the corner from the Club, on the Avenue De Las Playas, there is a car hire firm a small supermarket and a restaurant, and, just across the road, is Los Pocillos beach literally a few minute's walk from the Club.

Puerto Del Carmen's other beaches, the main shopping area, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and the towns night life area are all within walking distance of the Club.
