Reduced for quick sale!! The Carrick is an Interval International Premier Resort and is located 2 miles (3k) from the famous Cameron House Hotel, it is situated on the West Bank of Loch Lomond. It is 18 miles (29k) from Glasgow airport and the nearest town is Balloch, an enchanting town on the south west shores of Loch Lomond. Balloch is often referred to as the gateway to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The resort is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the nearby peaks are particularly beautiful when snow-capped in winter.

The lodge is elegant, well maintained and well furnished. It boasts open plan living suitable for socialising or normal living. There are two spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a very functional and inconspicuous fold down double bed in the living area along with a further bathroom, including a sauna, allows very comfortable sleeping for 6.

The Carrick has an abundance of facilities from an 18-hole golf course to an award-winning spa. There are many organised activities for both adults and children ranging from archery to face painting. The spa is housed in the golf course clubhouse which has an excellent restaurant and friendly bar. There is also a golf shop located in the clubhouse. The proximity of the Cameron House Hotel is ideal and can be used via the free shuttle bus between the Carrick and Cameron House. There are many hill walking opportunities in the area to suit all levels of walkers along with sailing and fishing on the Loch.

There are superb dining options available ranging from the Scottish Cameron Grill and the Michelin starred Martin Wishart restaurant to the equally great but more relaxed Boat House and the Claret Jug restaurants.

A truly wonderful place to relax and meet up with friends to simply enjoy the natural beauty or to take part in some of the many activities on offer.

All maintenance fees are paid for 2017, so this year's week is available and paid for.
