This apartment is based in the Palm Beach Club resort situated in the heart of Playa De Las Americas.
With a 1 minute walk to the beach you are in a very central position.
Local attractions include a 5-minute walk to the supermarket, 5-minute walk to a large selection of bars.

The main local attraction would be Siam Park, the recently built water park only a 10-minute walk away!
Tenerife South airport is only a 15-minute drive away, with a taxi to the hotel costing roughly €20.

The Palm Beach Club hotel is a R.C.I Gold Grown.

The two-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor; however, this is the reception floor so no lift is needed to access the apartment. There are lifts and stairs provided to go down to the bottom floor to access the pool area.

The apartment itself has two large bedrooms, two large size balconies. One decking is off the lounge with table and chairs. The other balcony is off the double bedroom and has table and chairs, and clothes drying rack.

The living and dining area are spacious with a view over the pool area. Also, the view over the sea is to die for!

There is a galley kitchen which includes a cooker, microwave, kettle, all plates and cups, cutlery.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together if needed). There are fans situated in both bedrooms and the living area, and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
The lounge has a large dining table, DVD player and a flat screen TV.

The apartment is situated in quiet position, overlooking the swimming pool and sun bathing area with a sea view.
There is private parking onsite if that is required.
