A quiet tranquil lodge, overlooking a lake and golf course. This lodge offers 2 persons 5 days of golf on the resort course, as well as the use of on-site leisure facilities, including gym, sauna, swimming pools and restaurants.

The local area is approximately 10-miles from Looe, a lively fishing port, and beach, other attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, and numerous National Trust properties. Nearest airports are Newquay and Exeter, both approximately 1-hour drive.

The lodge offers a full kitchen including washing machine and parking outside the door. The maximum number of people is 4 with 2 bathrooms, it offers a terrace with BBQ and a balcony.

St Mellion is a RCI Gold Crown resort, and the week for sale is 38 which is In September, usually a lovely time of the year in Cornwall.

The lodge is on the points system and attracts 80500 points per year. We have used these points for exchanges in Florida, South Africa, and Tenerife, and have been pleased with the exchanges.
