ROYAL CORAL BAY RESORT- RANIA VACATION CLUB

This timeshare is a one bedroom apartment sleeping 4 adults c/w separate bathroom and kitchen. lt has a balcony and air conditioning and comes with maids services. Facilities are: Cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. plus TV. Generally it is located on the first floor which may be accessed by lift but a downstairs apartment may be provided on request. lt looks out over the main swimming pool but depending on which apartment is offered may look out over the nearby coastline.

This timeshare holds a "red" availability for one week every 'even' year which means it may be available at any time during an even year. Next available year will be 2018. The biannual management fee has been around £160.00 so far.

There is an exchange arrangement associated with RCI and 11 which means that holidays may be taken in other parts of the world without losing this availability.

Royal Coral Bay has a large outdoor swimming pool plus smaller indoor. There is a general merchandise shop selling everyday items at reasonable prices. The resort includes a restaurant, bar, gymnasium and children's play area. The nearby clean sandy beach is easily reached with craft hire available .

The resort is clean, tidy and friendly with no raucous music disturbing its tranquillity- but there is generally some entertainment available. The staff speak good English and are willing to give advice on local aspects and where to visit in nearby Paphos town which is well served by a regular bus service. {lt is perhaps 2 to 3 kms to town.) There is ample parking. Traffic drives on the left as with similar highway codes of UK but a car is not essential.

Paphos International Airport is an easily travelled 29kms by bus, taxi or hire car.

Paphos town is full of historical and architectural interest and the Roman "Kings Tombs" with their remarkable mosaics are a short trip away. Further afield is the Akarmas Peninsular with beautiful coastal coves and unspoilt flora and fauna. Troodos mountains are near enough for an outing with many a picnic site with gorgeous views.

We have owned this timeshare since 2008, but, having enjoyed the facilities and location, ill health has now forced us to accept that we will no longer be able to visit
