Due to a change in personal circumstances, we are reluctantly having to sell our 2 Floating weeks at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. For contract purposes, they are weeks 26 & 27 (approximately end of May) but as they are Floating Prime weeks, you can book anytime during the Prime Season, depending on availability.

Our 2-bedroom villa of approx.1100 sq. ft. sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV & DVD in both bedrooms. All villas are superbly furnished and all have a covered balcony offering fantastic views of either the pool, lakes, or tropical greenery.

The Sheraton Vistana Resort complex consists of over 1650 villas/condominiums, set in approx.135 acres. Split into 8 Phases, our timeshare is in the Fountains Phase where there is a large swimming pool, fitness centre, whirlpool, and food court nearby. Throughout the whole complex, there are 7 outdoor swimming pools, 8 whirlpools, 13 tennis courts, 3 fitness centres and a whole host of activities too numerous to mention here. There is a dedicated Kids Activity Programme for those aged 5 - 12 if adults decide that they need a bit of free time!!!

The resort is centrally situated in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando and only 16 miles from the International Airport. All the Disney Parks are within a 10/15-minute drive, 5-minute drive to eateries and outlets for designer goods at bargain prices. Universal Studios is 20 minutes away and the Kennedy Space Centre is approx. 1 hours drive on the east coast of Florida. If you wish to explore further, the Gulf Coast at Tampa is about 70 miles west of the resort.
