I have owned timeshare at White Sands Beach Club for 30 years having raised my children and enjoyed family holidays each year at this wonderful resort. Age has unfortunately now crept up on me and it is time to let go, giving another family the opportunity to make their own memories on this idyllic island.

There is currently an ongoing modernisation programme being undertaken out of season each year on selective apartments, and at this time I am unsure whether my apartment will have been refurbished during the closed season. Having said that the original décor, complete with furnishings and equipment is still to a very high standard.

The apartment is in close proximity to Whites Bar and Restaurant. For those who are not familiar with the complex, you can obtain a site layout plan indicating the location of Whites Bar and Restaurant by entering the White Sands Beach Club website and selecting "Maps, Directions and GPS" which will drop down to a sub menu. Select "Accessibility" and then to the right "Resort Accessibility Map". This website will also give all the information that you require on the complex/resort.

The apartment is two bedrooms, sleeps 6 and fully air conditioned throughout with sea views from the terrace and balcony. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a full-sized cooker, microwave and large fridge-freezer, a dining area with table and 6 chairs plus a lounge area with convertible sofa, arm chairs, coffee table TV/DVD. There is a downstairs toilet and wash basin. There are French doors that open from the lounge to a patio area at the front with table and chairs. This is also the entrance to the unit.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with their own fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed and balcony. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Between the bedrooms there is large bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower, and toilet. There is also hair dryer and vertical shelving. Towels and bedding are changed frequently, and the unit is cleaned on a regular basis to an excellent standard.

The management fees have been paid for 2017 and have been incorporated into the selling price.

There are many facilities on the site, including a large swimming pool with children's section, both overlooking a sandy beach. There is a Jacuzzi, well maintained gardens, and many other features, all of which can be seen on the web site.
