The most attractive features of this timeshare are the three bedrooms, large terrace giving a good degree of separation and privacy, four adjoining weeks on offer/available, comfortable temperatures and proximity to wide range of entertainments and facilities.

The apartment is part of the Palm Beach Club situated in the Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife. It is positioned at the beach end of the main building on the ninth floor. It has a very large terrace giving a 270° view from the mountains to the sea and provides enough space for eight people to sunbathe with plenty of room and reasonable privacy.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two ensuite and a separate shower room, fully equipped kitchen, and the ability to sleep up to 8 persons. The unit is on the ninth floor and accessed via a lift and a short walkway.

The property is about a 15/20-minute taxi ride from the airport and is centrally located in Playa De Las Americas with restaurants, bars, general entertainment, and the beach within easy reach. Googling 'Palm Beach Club' or even 'Google Earth' will give a far better range of descriptions, photographs, and the large range of activities of interest available nearby.

The exchange company is RCI and the apartment is fixed week, with the four weeks available spanning the last three weeks of September and the first week in October. Depending on timing the owner can get up to 23/24 points to put towards future exchange holidays at other resorts. Current owners are utilising the 2017 weeks and after that the units are available with no further weeks taken up for exchange.

The apartment weeks were originally owned by my parents who passed them on to their children and over the years provided many happy holidays. Our own children however have different ideas about holidays hence the decision to sell.

I have reviewed our photographs to find that they're mostly full of people and hence not for distribution. I have provided three photos which will be updated/refreshed to more recent views (without multiple families), in September during our holiday assuming the apartments have not been sold by that time. The three photos currently provided, allied to Palm Beach website descriptions give an excellent appreciation of the facility.
