Location.
The Sheraton Vistana Resort is easily accessed from Orlando Int. Airport the journey taking around
30 minutes. It is situated in Buena Vista with immediate access to Interstate 4 which will give you
access to both the east and west coasts of Florida. Clearwater to the west is about 80 minutes drive
time, 50 minute east will get you to Space Kennedy.

The site is perfectly placed for all the major Disney theme parks as well as Universal Studios and
Epcot. Transport from the site is easily arranged and all are well within 30 minutes.

The resort is also near the famous International Drive as well as designer shopping centres and a
large Wallmart is only 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of local shops and restaurants to suit
all tastes and pockets.

The Vistana Resort has a high level of security and can only be accessed by issued security cards.
Although large it is remarkably quiet and immaculately maintained. Ornamental lakes and fountains
and large areas of green grass and shrubs soften the landscape. Several large child friendly
swimming pools are on site and are serviced by friendly bars which also serve food. For the active
there is a gymnasium, a basketball court and tennis courts. Poolside entertainment for the children
features most days. A large well stocked shop and a recently refurbished restaurant are also on site.
There are designated bbq areas.

Wide roads with a 15mph speed limit make the resort a safe environment and ample parking is
available to every villa.

The Welcome Centre is open daily for advice and information and has a booking facility for all the
theme parks and Cirque du Soliel in Disney Springs which is 10 minutes away by car.

Accommodation
The two bedroomed villas are air conditioned, large and well equipped and expensively furnished
to a very high standard. Both bedrooms have en-suites one of which has a jacuzzi and a large
through lounge exits onto a balcony/veranda with a table and four chairs. There are three modem
flat screen TV s and a Bose sound system. The kitchen area has a cooker, large fridge/freezer and
dish washer. Towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly. A full complement of cutlery, utensils,
glasses etc are provided.

The Timeshare
This is a two week timeshare but there is no specific villa allocated. The floating weeks means
flexibility on usage. You are entitled to a 2 bed villa with a sleeping capacity of eight. On booking
you can express a preference on where in the resort you want to be situated and this can usually be
accommodated. The same goes for choice of ground or upper floor location with lift access.
The Prime season allocation will cover all the major UK school holidays.

Ownership has a points value which allows you to holiday in alternate years in other resorts or
hotels. We have enjoyed weeks in Myrtle Beach in South Carolina, Jenson Beach on the east coast
and time in the Sheraton hotel in Clearwater. We have also used our points to holiday in hotels in
California, Texas and Cancun in Mexico.
