This 2-bedroom apartment is situated within The Beverly Hills Heights, an RCI Gold Crown resort set in the hills above the charming seaside resort town of Los Cristianos. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, overlooks the swimming pool, has its own large balcony, and attracts the sun all afternoon and evening. The apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen, full air conditioning, and all mod cons. There are also two large bathrooms, one with an ensuite.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with the ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also has separate access to the large balcony which can also be accessed via the living room.

Bedroom 2 can be either a double bed or two singles.

The living room is spacious and consists of a sofa bed, cupboard space and television/DVD.

The facilities within The Beverly Hills Heights include a large swimming pool, plus a children's pool. There is a bar which is open all day and serves breakfast and light snacks and offers entertainment in the evening. 24-hour Reception desk and laundry room. There is a courtesy bus to the town and beach which runs hourly from 10am to 6pm. There are many excellent restaurants in the area providing a wide choice of food and there is also a very convenient supermarket just down the road for those wishing to cook at home. The airport is a 20-minute cab journey for about 25 euros. Taxis are available at the airport on arrival and from the resort on departure.

Attractions on Tenerife include: Loro Park; Siam Park; Teide National Park and Whale and Dolphin watching. All these attractions and more can be booked through reception.

The stunning beaches and lively town are only a short drive, bus or walk away and provide everything you need for a lovely day sunbathing or shopping plus lots of cafes and bars to enjoy throughout the day.

The Beverly Hills Heights now operates a floating week system where you can book any available week in an equivalent studio unit in any available week up to 24 months ahead BUT owners can secure their home week and home apartment because they have one month exclusivity before those weeks go to general release. This means you have the flexibility to book 25 months ahead to guarantee your home unit and home weeks or you can wait until closer to holiday time to get a different week in the equivalent studio accommodation (subject to availability of course).
