Beverley Hill Heights, Los Christianos, Tenerife.
 
We chose Beverley Hill Heights because it has been a RCI Gold Crown resort for many years and it is
a smaller, quieter complex in the "Moorish" style. The resort is suitable for both families with
smaller children and couples of all ages. Being a sister to the La Mirage complex we are able to take
advantage of all the sports and leisure facilities at the health spa which is sited next door. The
facilities are constantly being upgraded and in 2013/14 the whole of the children's pool, the main
pool area and sunbeds were all replaced . The 'Patio Bar;' which serves light food and drinks is open
all day. There is also a laundry room and for any apartment which does not have disabled facilities
there is a wet room also available on the ground floor area accessed by a ramp.
 
 
The apartment for sale is situated 3 steps down from the pool area, at ground level. The apartment
is entered by the front door into a hallway where there is a large bedroom which sleeps 2 with fitted
wardrobe and safe. The large family bathroom has a shower and bath, twin wash basins and toilet.
Also in the hallway there is a large cupboard with a hot water cylinder, iron and ironing board. The
apartment has air conditioning throughout available on demand.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and utensils it also has a large fridge/freezer,
microwave and breakfast bar. The dining area has a dining table and dining chairs, one step down
into the lounge area there is a good quality bed settee which will sleep a further 2 people also a
fitted wardrobe and further lounge furniture, TV and DVD player which gives access to all channels.
The sliding patio doors lead onto a large sunny balcony which has both dining and relaxing furniture.
The view from the balcony is over the bay looking towards La Gomera and has sunshine from
mid-morning until evening.
 
There is roadside parking alongside the complex but the resort offers a curtesy bus all day to the
beach and town approx. a 15mins journey. There are several shops and restaurants close to the
apartment or the curtesy bus will take you to the town for beachside restaurants and shops. The
golden beaches of Los Christianos are safe as there are life guards in attendance all day. Los
Christianos is just 30 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a good local bus service which can be
used to explore other parts of the island. There is a car/passenger ferry to La Gomera a Unesco site
which is an island well worth a visit.
 
We have owned the apartment since 1998 and have always found the standard of service and the
staff at Beverley Hill Heights to be excellent and reliable. We have enjoyed many lovely holidays
during this time but due to age and ill health we have decided to sell.
