This semi-detached lodge a fixed week 49 is at the beginning of December and under the auspices of Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club. The Lodge is well appointed with heating and all domestic appliances. It sleeps six, has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi bath. It is on the first floor and also has a balcony. Car parking is at the front door and at the rear, there is a patio area, the outlook over peaceful woodland. One can sit comfortably inside and watch the woodland birds and red squirrels on a daily basis.

If one can leave the comfort of the lodge, it is a two-minute walk to the Hilton Hotel where there are restaurants, bar, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Access to other activities can be arranged perhaps to take the opportunity to learn a new skill e.g. ski on the dry ski slope, wall climbing.

Aviemore is 2 miles from the resort,it is the nearest town with supermarket, banks, restaurants and small shops where one might come across a unique gift to give at Christmas.

Infrastructure in the area is excellent, with a railway station in Aviemore and a bus route from the South. Inverness airport is about 40 minutes away and Edinburgh and Glasgow airports about 2.5 to 3 hours distance by car.

The whole surrounding area is a walker's paradise and there is much to see and visit including a ride up Cairngorm in the funicular railway; a visit to see the Polar bears at the Highland Wildlife Park near Kingussie is also a 'must do'.
