Off Highway 192 at junction with I-4 gives easy access to Disney (10 minutes), Orlando Airport (40 mins), Universal (45 mins), go East to Kennedy Space Centre on Atlantic coast (90 mins) or West to Lego, Busch Gardens and Tampa on Gulf coast.

The resort includes three golf courses, one of which is a par 3 floodlit which is looked onto by the apartment's veranda. A lake with water activities, beach with sun loungers, a reading sitting area, beach volley ball, gym, games machines, cinema, restaurants, shops, pizzas, large pools are all available at the west village.

There are walking paths throughout connecting west village to north village to east village to the Lazy River complex of swimming activities and even to the publix at the main gate; alternatively there is a free resort bus which circulates throughout the complex throughout the day. Pool towels are supplied free in abundance.

The apartment (816 sq feet) is adjacent to the village's pool area, tennis courts, and hot snack food court. There is parking by the apartment block with easy same-level entrance to the ground-floor apartment. Inside there is a bedroom with super-king size bed and TV, separate dressing area with a hand basin, large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large living area. Included is aircon/heating, large pull out sofa bed, TV with DVD player plus wi-fi, carpeted throughout, and veranda.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped; fridge/freezer with icecube maker, cooker with hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, filter coffee, well stocked crockery and cutlery cupboards with worksurfaces. There is a regular programme of updating, maintenance and re-furbishment.

This Gold Crown timeshare fixed week in February/ March is affiliated with RCI and therefore available for exchange. Eight years ago this one-week ownership facilitated an RCI deposit which allowed the owner to exchange for 4 weeks in Portugal in January.
