The Patio unit is situated in the beautiful and massive grounds of the Clowance Estate and Country Club, covering 97 acres it is one of the largest timeshare grounds we have ever stayed in. Clowance is a very desirable and relaxing place for a summer holiday, especially considering its southern location in Cornwall.

The Patio unit is close to all the resort facilities -just a short walk to them, but in a quiet, and private location.

This resort has a wide range of activities including badminton, tennis, swimming, gymnasium, croquet, and golf. Their huge landscape gardens, a 4-acre lake and parklands, are lovely to walk around and relax in. You can even have a picnic.

The restaurant based in the resort facilities is really good-we have enjoyed many nice meals there.

Just 15-minutes away is the nearest beach which is great for swimming/body boarding/surfing. Personally, our favourite beach is Sennen Cove, near Land's End about 35 minutes away. It has lovely clear water and great waves for surfing/ body boarding. You can hire everything you need there.

There are many other attractions within easy driving distance for a day out. The Eden Project, and numerous National Trust properties, St Michael's Mount, and the Lizard Point.

The Patio unit covers 2 floors and has a balcony and terrace. A fully equipped kitchen featuring all conveniences. The master bed room has an en suite, the 2nd has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom, with bunk beds is accessed through the 2nd bedroom, sharing the main bathroom. Clowance provides all unit towels and linens. The apartment accommodates 8 persons with a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed.

The reason for selling is that we now live in the North of England and the family have all flown the nest!

Clowance is just a short distance off the A30 that goes through Camborne, the nearest town. Penzance airport is only 15 miles away.
