The units have a maximum occupancy of 6 people and the rooms were refurbished a couple of years ago and all have views over the golf course. Waikoloa Village store, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the resort is situated on the Waikoloa Village golf course (discounted green fees available to Paniolo Greens owners).

Resort facilities include a pool, jacuzzi, concierge service, tennis courts, table tennis and beach inflatable hire. All units have a full kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer. Each unit has its own allocated parking space.

Distance from the airport is 25 minutes, Waikoloa Beach Resort is 10 minutes with many shops and restaurants, Mauna Lani Resort is 10 minutes again with many restaurants (Tommy Bahamas, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse) and shops. Kona is 35 minute's drive and Hilo is a 50-minute drive between the volcanoes on Saddle Road. The Paniolo (cowboy) town of Waimea is only 20 minutes away, home of the Parker Ranch.

There are many world class golf courses in the area e.g. Mauna Kea, Waikoloa Beach, and Kings Course all within 10-20 minute's drive. There are beaches all along the coast, which is 10 minute's drive from the resort. Take a helicopter ride around the coast or over the volcano, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters are only 10 minute's drive away or go horseback riding near Waimea.
