The Grandview at Las Vegas is situated 6 miles from the Las Vegas strip, the airport is a six mile taxi or shuttle ride to the Grandview, which is well positioned for visiting the Grand Canyon, hoover dam, valley of fire, etc.

Onsite facilities include free access to all pools,gym,spa's.The South Point Casino is a fifty yard walk where there is eleven restaurants,cinema,bowling and bingo. The exchange company is RCI, the timeshare is a fixed week in June,the unit sleeps up to four people,consists of a large bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi,full air conditioning,fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher,microwave,washing machine,dryer,full size fridge freezer,2 TV's,hair dryer, there is also Wi-Fi and a safe.There are large car parks all over the resort. There are shuttle buses to the strip, Freemont Street,and the local Walmart. There are lifts to all floors in the buildings.

The Grandview is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of the strip & yet only a short bus ride down to the strip for Excalibur,Luxor,New York New York etc. We are only selling due to ill health.
