Narrowboat Timeshare Week for Sale.

As the owners of a Narrowboat Time Share week we have reluctantly decided to sell after 13 years. The reason for selling is largely associated with our personal circumstances and that of our children and grandchildren. We have had a great deal of fun over the years and feel sad that we are unable to keep it for further use within the family.
The last year of occupancy is 2076.

The time share is a Red Floating week is taken once a year from one of the following three marinas:Sawley,in Nottinghamshire on the Trent and Mersey waterways. Whixall, in Shropshire on Prees branch of the stunning 44-mile long LlangollenCanal Chirk. Near Wrexham, Clywd, on the Llangollen Canal.

Each marina is managed by CLC Canaltime now owned by CLC World. The total size of the fleet is over 30 narrowboats. Since taking ownership, CLC World has embarked on a major refurbishment of all the boats, so that they are now in extremely good condition. The boat sleeps 6 (including children and babies) and is equipped with bath and shower, two toilets, fully equipped kitchen, TV, CD and video player, plus a full inventory of bed linen, quilts, pillows and towels. There is a double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a settee/double berth.

As an owner of Canaltime Narrowboat you will also become a member of CLC World with all the benefits.

These include discounts on a range of holidays and cruises. A particular benefit is that cash back credit from routine household shopping (eg Boots, Tesco, B&Q etc) can be put towards the management fees.

In summary, our week provides a great holiday at a time of your choosing together with a choice of location and is a property which can be passed on at a later date.
