This 3 bed, 3 bath apartment is ideally situated between Disney World Resort and Universal Studios with both being less than 10 mins away. You have a great opportunity to relax in your own poolside, ground floor apartment and being able to visit a world of fun including visiting Seaworld in the warm sunshine of Orlando. The site has 5 pools and offers owners poolside breakfast weekly, a fitness suite, deli, pizza delivery and restaurant serving buffet style breakfasts that is quite extensive in choice.

It is ideally located just off International Drive with access to the many restaurants and attractions it has to offer.

The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and an adjoining lock off unit(studio), which means that you can take a family of 12 people at once or use the 2 bedroom unit one year (sleeping up to 8) and exchange the lock off (2-4 people) for another destination of your choice. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower, toilet and large jacuzzi bath, ideal after a hard day at the theme parks. The kitchen in the 2 bedroom unit is full and offers both washing machine and dryer, filter coffee machine and all cutlery and crockery needed. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, there is a separate dining area, wet area and a concealed safe for all your valuables.

The unit is available every other year, which means that you only pay maintenance every other year but because of the lock off facility you can holiday every year, for instance we went to Mexico with 6 people and a romantic break in Austria for 2, all for the one payment. It is 5 star resort and is high season, it's location in Orlando gives you maximum opportunity when exchanging to another site. As part of Interval International the exchange system is very easy and plenty to choose from.

This unit has given us a lot of happy memories, I can highly recommend this site and location.
