This is a breathtaking beachfront home resort surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has all the amenities of home away from home. Step outside to the beach and various local attractions. Motivated seller who is willing to negotiate. Every Even year use renewal hence relatively less expensive maintenance fees and allows you to be a member of any timeshare exchange. Membership of timeshare exchange allows you to take advantage of other timeshare.

Our association with Marriott Playa Andaluza started when I rented a two bed unit for a long weekend with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and was surprised about how close it was to many attractions, its beautiful and well-maintained gardens, lovely beach, the safety it provided our kids and above all very friendly staff. Nothing was too difficult for the staff. From that memorable experience we proceeded to buy a two bedroom apartment within two months of arriving back in the UK. We didn't want the commitment of annual maintenance fees hence opted for every two years use which means the maintenance fee is payable every other year. The plus for this arrangement is that we are still able to have holidays every year either by renting or through our membership of Interval International company, utilise the getaway deals that allows the use of many hotels and high standard resorts globally. Subscription to Interval international allowed us to use other resorts through the exchange programme and in one season we were given a bonus week hence enjoyed two weeks instead of one week by depositing our unit early.

The huge master bedroom and the twin bedded second room has an en-suite bathroom and very high quality furniture and overlooks the garden. Both rooms as well as the living room have a TV. The master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi. The lounge/living room is a spacious and comfortable open plan family-friendly room with three-piece suite (the three seater doubling as sofa bed too), dining table that sits six, and the open plan full-kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen truly has all the necessary appliances and utensils you can think of away from home including dishwasher. From the lounge there is access to a large balcony that overlooks a beautifully manicured garden with palm trees and nice plants. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The maintenance service includes air conditioning, heating as well as daily maid service involving towel and bed-linen change as often as you need to.

The resort facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, separate pools for toddlers, sauna, gym, a few family size jacuzzi's, restaurants, beach, well-manicured gardens, daily entertainment activities and classes, games for kids, teenagers, toddlers club, indoor electronic games, supermarket and outdoor play area with games like table tennis. If you like golf you'd be pleased to know the resort is surrounded by many golf clubs and from the resort reception discount cards and VIP passes are also available. Local attractions include Estepona shopping town, harbour and long sandy beaches. Also, through a short drive or bus ride, you can get to Gibraltar, Cadiz and North Africa by ferry.

Rhonda in the mountains is easily accessible by coach, bus or through the resort tours and activities and car hire. Rhonda offers a free car parking facility. The resort is gated and manned 24 hour and also gated access to the beach, on hand security. A very safe resort for families. The resort is in the midst of residential areas with well-lit streets, restaurants with parking, fountains, nature reserve, a large hotel surrounded by palm trees and bus stops to either side of town.

Overseas residents can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. The resort is conveniently located with easy access to bus services, road network and connects to other offsite supermarkets, malls, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga. Hertz-rent-a-car provides 30% discount to timeshare owners. Its always best to ask which apartment block you'd like, type of bedding and any other specific unique requests you need ahead of your stay at the resort. We tend to like the garden view and with strong preference for the ground floor with easy access to the beautiful lawn and garden from our balcony. As our kids got older we did prefer the first floor with partial sea view. This apartment is a floating week for use in the gold period, and weeks can be taken in parts of February through to June, then August through to December including Christmas and New Year. The area is fairly flat and conducive to wheelchair access.
