This 5-star luxury development is annexed to the Belton Woods Hotel complex with all the 4-star amenities including swimming pool & gym, free to Lodge occupants, spa, top class restaurant, bar and sports bar. It is situated in open countryside with extended views. There are two championship Golf Courses as well as a 9 hole training course and Driving Range. There is an outdoor activity centre where you can arrange to Quad Bike, Segway, Mountain Bike, Crazy Golf, Shoot, Archery to name a few, as well as special events like Birds of Prey displays.

The lodge is excellently appointed with fully fitted kitchen, 1st floor lounge with full width balcony looking over the 2nd tee and 17th green. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people and we have hosted a dinner party for 12 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a huge 'Jaccuzzi' bath. The 2nd bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and there is an additional shower room featuring a sauna for 6 on the first floor. Week 6 is the 2nd week in February, sometimes taking in the half term period, and as such attracts a 'red/silver' Exchange Band.

Close to Belton House (National Trust), Historic Lincoln Cathedral City, Sherwood Forest and the Lincolnshire Coast. If you don't want to eat in the Lodge or Hotel , a short drive will find many excellent Pubs and Restaurants. As an owner you currently receive 50% off Golf Green Fees (making a round of golf cost between £10 & 12.50 per round), 20% off all food and beverage costs at the Hotel and 20% off Spa Treatments as well as many other offers both at this site and many of the other 'Q-Lodge' & 'Q-Hotel' Resorts. Having owned this week at Belton Woods for more than 10 years we have seen all sorts of weather from thick snow enabling tobogganing to glorious sunny days enabling breakfast on the balcony.
