4th-floor air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 in San Augustin, approx 16 miles from the airport and walking distance to a nice local village with plenty of good restaurants and bus service to larger resorts and towns.

There is a gate from the resort to the beach and the apartment has views across the pool area to the sea. Providing a private jacuzzi on the balcony.

Affiliated to Interval International, it is also available for this summer if purchased in time. The week always falls within the UK school summer holidays - generally last day of July.

There is a full kitchen, the master bedroom is ensuite, with TV - there is also TV in the lounge area lift access to all floors, car parking and on site restaurant and live entertainment.

There is a gym, steam and sauna, laundry, children's playground and a shop on site.

We have had a few trips to the resort and have also exchanged for holidays to the USA.

Due to disability this is a genuine reason to sell.
