St Mellion Resort is an RCI Gold Crown Resort, located in the Tamar Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the county of Cornwall, South West England.

This is a spacious, luxury, single story lodge, that comfortably sleeps 6 people. The lodge has two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms with large walk in shower and corner bath. Each bedroom has two queen sized beds. In the dining room there is a pull down double bed. There is also another toilet and wash basin in the utility room.

The kitchen has been newly refurbished with new kitchen units to include a dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine in the utility room. The lodge has satellite TV in the lounge area. There are car parking spaces next to the lodge.

Included with this week is free golf for two people per day and discounted rates for other guests. All guests have free use of leisure facilities, to include 25 metre heated swimming pool, leisure pool, sauna steam room and Jacuzzi.

The resort has good access to all areas of Cornwall and is just 10 miles from the historical city of Plymouth. Visit the stunning Plymouth Hoe and the Barbican, the old area of Plymouth, where the Pilgim Fathers sailed to America
from the Mayflower Steps.

St Mellion is 16 miles from the cornish fishing village of Looe and just 14 miles from the beautiful golden beaches of Whitsand Bay. The National Trust Cotehele House and Mill is 4 miles away.

We have thoroughly enjoyed ownership of this lodge for 15 years but are having to sell due to ill health.
