The Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club is situated just outside Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. It is on the road to the Cairngorm ski slopes and Funicular Railway.

The nearest airport is Inverness which is just over 30 miles from the resort.

The resort is affiliated to RCI, Hilton Grand Vacations Club and is RCI Gold Crown status. The Hilton Coylumbridge Hotel shares the grounds and offers pools, sauna, spa, gym, restaurants,bars and a kids Fun House along with an outdoor acitivity centre with dry ski slope, skateboarding and skating rink.

The timeshare is a fixed week in May and often catches the May Bank holiday at the end of May. Changeover day is Sunday.

The unit is a two bed chalet style that sleeps six with three bathroom/shower rooms. It boasts patios at the front and the rear as well as a balcony outside the master bedroom.

There are views to the rear of heather and woods leading to the River Druie and an open outlook to the front that is landscaped. There is ample parking adjacent to the unit.

The reason for the sale is that since initially purchasing the unit we decided to buy a property locally since we loved the area so much and, accordingly, do not use the lodge now.
