The resort is in Bahia Feliz, a small coastal urbanization a few miles north of Maspolomas and a 20 minute drive (15 miles) south of the airport. Set in its own private grounds on the sea shore and a short walk from the local market square of shops and restaurants.

The resort is in a quiet locaton but with access to all local amenities with San Augustin and Maspolomas just minutes away by bus or car.

The one bedroom apartment (sleeps 4 with sofa bed in lounge) overlooks the pool with stunning sea views and is fully equipped. Week 43 is UK October half term week which we acquired when the resort was built in 1999. The weather is superb in October with temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees fahrenheit and averaging 7 hours sunshine per day. We have enjoyed many great family holidays here, but now that our children have grown up we no longer have a need to travel at this time of the year. Maintenance fees last year were 499 EUROS (£395) and have increased by less than 1% per annum over the last 5 years. We have also swapped the apartment and as it is a red (high season) week have been able to exchange it for 2 bedroom apartments in gold standard resorts, so its exchange value is very advantageous.. ..
