Cameron House lodges are among some of the best in the world having been awarded the RCI Gold Crown standard the past 5 years. The resort nestles on the tree lined bank of Loch Lomond and benefits from views over the loch, into the hills with Ben Lomond in the distance.

There is convenient access by; road - the M8 motorway is 12 miles away, air - Glasgow International airport is a 30 minute drive and train which arrives in the local village of Balloch from Glasgow. Balloch is a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk from the lodges and provides shops, pubs and restaurants and sits at the end of the loch with the new Loch Lomond Shores retail centre nearby.

The lodges are next to the 5 star Cameron House hotel and benefit from their own 9 hole golf course - The Wee Demon. The name says it all! The nearby sister resort of The Carrick has a full 18 hole course and also provides additional award winning spa and restaurant facilities. There are further golf courses within 20/30 miles.

Lodge owners have free access to the hotel spa, leisure and sports facilities. Restaurants are plentiful with the marina providing a relaxed atmosphere and incorporating a Loch Fyne. This is supplemented by further restaurants and bars in the hotel.

The lodge, designed with a very large lounge/diner with covered balcony upstairs at the front, overlooks the greens and loch. Also upstairs is a full kitchen - everything provides for 8 people - a twin bedroom, bathroom, toilet and sauna. Two additional full size pull down beds are in the lounge. The ground floor has a master double bedroom with a large ensuite and jacuzzi bath and a further twin bedroom with en-suite.

There are numerous activities and attractions either at the resort or within easy driving distance.

The lodge week normally falls in the October school half term holidays.
