This is a good opportunity for those who like beautiful beaches, pleasant climate while staying in good-quality accommodation.

I offer to sell the ownership of a 1-bedroom luxury, studio apartment suitable for up to 4 persons situated at the RCI Gold Crown Hollywood Mirage in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

The apartment has a full kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The towels are changed most days as well as the bins emptied & floors cleaned. Bed linen is also changed once a week.

Hollywood Mirage Club is a RCI Gold crown resort offering very high standard of accommodation and facilities. It is on the hillside on the Southern Coast of Tenerife at the back of Los Cristianos.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to drive from the Tenerife South airport to the resort but using taxis is also an option or you can take local buses from the airport to Los Cristianos as well.

When you arrive you will find a gym, laundry rooms, restaurant, beauty salon, pool bar, supermarket kids club and two outside swimming pools with lifeguards. Close to the resort are many restaurants, bars and cafes. If you rent a car during your stay there are plenty of parking spaces so parking won't be a problem. Two minutes down the road there is a larger supermarket where you will find anything you need during your stay.

It takes 10 minutes to walk down to the promenade of Los Cristianos. Next to this walking path there are many shops, pubs, restaurants and coffees. The resort provides a regular courtesy bus down to the town centre and back if you don't want to walk.

Regular boat trips from Los Cristianos are also available which will let you go dolphin or whale watching or visit the island of Gomera. At the beach you can go scuba diving or play beach volleyball. You can explore the island quite easily with public bus service as well.
The highest point of the island is Mount Teide, an extinct volcano surrounded with a magnificent, lunar landscape. You can use the Cable Car to reach the upper statin which is the best view-point.
A visit to the Zoo (Loro Park) and the Botanical Gardens is also recommended.

The apartment was bought as a week 21 and it can be ceded to RCI points which can be used for travels around the world. May is always a good time to visit Tenerife as the temperature is normally neither too hot nor too cold, but allows sun-bathing, have lots of sunny hours and the rains are over in April. Some years the time coincides with Pentecost resulting in interesting local events without too much tourist around.

We are selling due to family reasons - my father who wanted to visit the resort with his grand children tragically passed away last year and my mother is also over 70 who can not be left alone at home.
