Within the complex there is the Club's own restaurant, which serves meals all throughout the day, the Island Bar accessible by a bridge but otherwise surrounded by the swimming pool, a small garden with waterfalls and turtles and of course there is a children's play area.

Just across the road from the club there is a small supermarket, a Chinese restaurant, a bar and other services. Within a ten-minute walk there is a larger shopping complex with restaurants, bars and other entertainments. The complex provides ideal facilities for couples of all ages and for families with children of all ages.

The resort has been awarded RCI Gold Crown status and the week for sale is worth 33'000 RCI points per year.

The complex consists of studios and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in a series of two- and three-story buildings many of which look over the heated swimming pool, some over the golf course and yet others over open countryside. Every apartment has either a terrace or a balcony and all apartments are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard for self-catering purposes. The 1-bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom and in addition to beds for two in the bedroom the sofa in the living area can be converted into beds for two further guests. The week for sale can be taken at any time of the year and is not in a specific apartment but may be in any of the many 1-bedroom apartments at the site.

Fairways Club is almost literally surrounded by golf fairways (the club houses for 2 golf courses are within a kilometer of the site) and is therefore an ideal residence from which to enjoy a golfing holiday. The coast with its lovely cliff-top walks is reached in just a couple of minutes on foot and the fine bathing and windsurfing beach at El Médano is only 6-7 kilometers away. The Club is about 6 kilometers from the main airport and only about 3 kilometers from the main motorway, which goes 3/4 of the way around the whole of the island, so that almost any part of Tenerife can be reached in little more than an hour by car. Coach excursions to the most interesting parts of the island can be booked at reception. A car is not essential, unless one wishes to do or see more than the very many possibilities, which are offered locally.
