Well furnished and fully equipped first floor apartment with south facing balcony overlooking the pleasant Mimosa Pool area and over the top of the adjacent buildings towards the sea.

There are only ten apartments in the Mimosa Pool area which means it has been relatively quiet on our stays. Week 5 (Fixed) is a pleasant time to visit Lanzarote especially if you live in the UK! The resort has been an RCI Gold Crown Resort for approximately ten years-a good indicator of the resorts standards.

Las Calas is a friendly resort with two restaurants and four swimming pools plus a gym.The resort is in easy walking distance to sandy beaches and many restaurants,shops and bars. Travel to the resort from the airport by taxi is about twenty minutes. Resort quality has been maintained to a high standard since we took ownership.

Las Calas is very good resort to base yourself to tour Lanzarote. We have hired cars and visited the volcanic landscapes-a must,Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise. January is a good time to do this as temperatures are just right.
