The apt in Club Calypso situated approximately 150 metres from the seafront of Puerto Del Carmen. With a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars etc. It is just 10 minutes by taxi from the airport ( approx 12-14 euros).

A good area for easy access local transport, ie: taxi, buses and tours.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a balcony overlooking beautifully prepared gardens and pool. It consists of 1 bedroom ( twin beds, fully fitted kitchen with stove/ oven and microwave, ironing board, hairdryer and much more. The good sized lounge with a flat-screen TV ( satellite), also a large sofa bed available. The balcony has furniture.

Sadly, the reason for selling is due to having had a pacemaker fitted and I am 80 years old. My wife has lost the sight in one eye. Therefore, it is very hard to get insurance and very expensive. So we regrettably have to sell.
