The Royal Savoy is a five star hotel situated in Funchal, Madeira and is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Funchal. Funchal is a thirty minute taxi drive from the airport.

The hotel has three swimming pools, one of which is indoor and there is easy access to the sea from the hotel. The apartment is available for a fixed week (15), which is normally the second week in April and is a thirty year occupancy, commencing in 2004, which means there is a further eighteen years left.

This one-bedroom apartment is one of the larger one-bedroom apartments in the resort and sleeps up to five persons. It is situated on the rotunda and faces the harbour, the sea and one of the three swimming pools. It has a very large balcony with two patio windows leading on to it. The lounge and the bedroom both contain sofa beds. The large kitchen area contains a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. TV's are installed in both the bedroom and lounge areas. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor and is very close to the main lift.
