It comprises a kitchenette with dishwasher, lounge/sleeping area and spacious bathroom.

It is located in a quiet position near the end of a corridor. A daily maid service is included. The apartment is available in August on a fixed Monday to Monday week.There are 8 years remaining of the 15 year time share which expires in August 2023.

This 4 Star Hotel is situated in what is locally described as 'Funchal New Town', it has a modern feel being approximately 7 years old. The large open plan reception area has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic sea views. It includes two themed restaurants and a lounge bar and boasts many facilities including a spa and gym. The hotel is situated on a main bus route and also within walking distance of the town centre (20 - 30 minutes dependant on your pace). It is a five minute walk to the nearest beach and being situated on the promenade it is convenient for evening strolls. The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and is a short walk from a fairly large shopping centre.

Madeira is popular for 'Levada' walking. Walks can easily be reached by bus, taxi or organised via the hotel or one of the many local tour agencies. Sea food is a speciality and a stroll though central Funchal after an evening meal in the Old Town is a must. There are many opportunities to explore in Madeira including beautiful landscaped botanical gardens, a visit to Monte Palace Garden via the cable cars or one of the many organised coach trips around the island. Madeira really is a magical place!
