The second course being Jack Nicklaus designed. Week 13 falls end of March beginning of April, sometimes over the Easter weekend. The course at this time of the year is very attractive.

Property consists of ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, living /dining room, shower room /toilet and utility cupboard with washer/dryer, patio area with BBQ and sun loungers. Upstairs has a large twin bedroom with balcony and bathroom.

The Golf and Leisure is centred on a modern AA4 star hotel with facilities including two swimming pools, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, fitness centre, beauticians, tennis courts and bowling green. There are full clubhouse facilities including bars, restaurants; including the AA 2 star Boesti Restaurant.

The resort offers activities for both golfers and non-golfers, close to Plymouth for shopping, the Coast , National Trust Properties, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor.
