Las Calas is situated about a five minute walk from the beautiful beach at Puerto del Carmen on the island of Lanzarote and is a ten minute drive from the airport.

It is, and has been for several years, a Gold Crown resort affiliated to RCI and has three swimming pools and excellent bars, etc. Go to the Las Calas resort website for a more detailed description of the complex.

The apartment overlooks a swimming pool and has a sun terrace to the front and a short flight of steps to gain access as it is on the first floor of the complex. We purchased in 1986 and have had many happy holidays at our apartment but do not use it now, hence the reason to sell. It has a bathroom and kitchenette, TV, etc. Everything in fact for a perfect, relaxing holiday. It is not registered with RCI at present.

Week 38 falls in September, a lovely time of the year in Lanzarote.
