There is an on-site information office, freezers and washing machines. Car parking is in the grounds, adjacent to the cottages.
The property overlooks lawns and a path through a walled garden to the golf course and the River Bovey. There are many walks. along the river, across fields to small villages, and over the moors.

The golf course is the Bovey Castle Championship course, built in 1926. Manor Court members enjoy playing concessions, 2 free rounds and reduced fees for 2 nominated golfers in each cottage. Members can use the Bovey Castle restaurant and the informal Brasserie.

There are many places of interest in the area - good pubs, pretty villages and of course, beautiful Dartmoor.
This is a quiet location with a superb golf course, comfortable accommodation and excellent pubs and restaurants close by.

Dartmouth is in easy reach (30 miles), Bovey Tracy is the small local town and Exeter is only 25 miles away with its Cathedral and Airport.
The cottage is available for 1 week in early September, and is RCI Gold Crown rated. This week has been exchanged in 3 instances, for holidays in Lanzarote, Madeira and Benalmadena.
