Son Antem resort and spa is a truly remarkable location which deserves its 5 star rating.

We have always enjoyed our many annual visits to Son Antem and the beautiful Spanish island of Majorca but now think that at this stage in our lives we would like to offer our one-week two bedroom villa to others. Let us briefly tell you about Son Antem. It is no more than 30 minutes from the main Palma airport and benefits from a station at the entrance where security staff welcome holiday makers and visitors. Once you arrive at reception you are welcomed by friendly and helpful members of staff who will direct you to your Villa. Staff throughout the resort have always been helpful and when asked offered advice and suggestions regarding the resort and the island of Majorca

Your well-appointed Villa awaits and you will have chosen one of two available configurations. Both possibilities are located in a town-house with other Villas. All Villas include a ground and first floor and two double bedrooms.

Type A: ground floor including utility room with washer and dryer, generous size kitchen with all you need and, of course, a dishwasher; spacious dining room/sitting room area with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, music centre and a double sofa bed. The first floor includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on-suite.

Type B: ground floor has the same layout as Type A but slightly less space because it includes one on-suite bedroom. The first floor includes and on-suite double bedroom with a private balcony. One of the Villa types is 'mobility accessible'.
Both Types have direct front and rear access, designated parking in at the front, and private patios and gardens with a small lawn and BBQ.

Amenities include: numerous swimming pools with wading areas for children shared with adjacent town-houses, never busy, and a larger community pool - with an excellent indoor pool area and a spa equipped with a jacuzzi, steam bath, cold plunge pool and other facilities. This pool complex also includes two entirely separate spas/treatment rooms with an extraordinary array of facilities and treatments that can be accessed for a fee. Son Antem also includes two golf courses, four flood-lit tennis courts, a multi-gym, kids club, organized exercise classes as well as restaurants and a mini-shop.

What is also remarkable about Son Antem is the beautifully manicured gardens that greatly enhance the entire resort - they are truly outstanding - which can be appreciated from your villa and with short, self-guided walks.

The Gold weeks are: 12-14, 16-20, 24-26, and 35-40. Booking a week has always been straightforward and we have been able to reserve our chosen week, usually in September.

In short, this resort is well managed, staffed by competent, courteous and helpful staff and is a great place to relax, chill out or engage in more vigorous activities such as golf and tennis. In our experience it can be equally enjoyed by adults and children.
