Reason for the sale, wife's parents have bought an apartment nearby to live in so timeshare no longer require. Many great holidays golfing, relaxing and wining and dining.

200 yards to beach, local restaurants and bars really well priced with our favourite being Aberdeen steakhouse (only 1 euro a pint and 8.99 for 3 course meal) 15 euro to airport in taxi and 10 euro to Christianos although buses are every 20 minutes. Golf if required is on door step (hence the name) which provides buggies if required.
Local bars have entertainment for all ages every night if required.

If you are like my wife and me and like to break up the brutal English winter and prefer to
have the warmest climate EUROPE'S has to offer Tenerife is the place to be.

Recently refurbished (this year) the apartment is spacious with bed/settee and very homely, we have enjoyed many years at this apartment and will have many memories when we walk by but it is surplus to needs.
