The apartment benefits from a double balcony accessed by the lounge and bedroom, an on suite well-appointed bathroom and an additional shower room plus a kitchenette and air conditioning. The apartment sleeps 4 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests, satellite TV is provided in both the lounge and bedroom. Maid service is daily and toiletries, bath robes, pool towels and a safe are provided. There are 3 lifts for easy access to all floors.

The hotel has a variety of restaurants serving international cuisine additionally many restaurants are situated just a short stroll away. Supermarkets and shops are also within easy reach.

Facilities on site include a large outdoor salt water swimming pool, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, wellness centre for beauty treatments and massages plus a hairdresser. Wifi is free in public areas and a courtesy bus runs frequently throughout the day to Funchal centre.

September is a beautiful time of year in Madeira, we have owned this September week since the Pestana Grand was built and have enjoyed many holidays there. We have also holidayed in a number of other countries via exchanges through RCI and the Pestana exchange system.
