The Club organises optional events and activities for members and their families of all ages. The villas can also be included in a worldwide exchange programme.

The La Manga resort boasts 3 golf courses, a large tennis centre, a wide variety of shops and restaurants etc., a medical facility, a luxury hotel, and other sporting activities. There is a small beach on the resort and larger coastal areas a short distance away.

In the wider regional hinterland, there is a wealth of cultural and historical attractions in nearby cities such as Cartagena and Murcia, and a delightful fishing village with harbour side seafood restaurants at nearby Cabo do Palos.

The villa for sale is an air-conditioned 3 bed/3 bath unit with full kitchen, lounge/dining area, and private outside patio/veranda. It officially sleeps six but additionally the sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed if needed.
