The location of the resort is excellent and is right on the bank of Arpora river. The river flows down towards the Arabian sea and the golden sands of Baga beach are a few minutes' walk away.

The easy amble walk down to beach from the property has a special appeal for all ages.

To the south of the resort is Calangute, rated one of the best beaches in the world.

The resort and area has great evening entertainment with plenty of bars, restaurants and places to hangout.

The property is quite big and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and located right in the middle of the lush greenery with own balcony (room H11) sleeps 4.
The pool side balcony is ideal for early evening pre dinner drinks and the service is always good.

There are 2 swimming pools, poolside bars, fully equipped games room, children's playground, gym, 24hr reception along with on site grocery store.

The affiliated company is RCI with exchanges available worldwide, weeks are Red weeks 22 & 23 (the best) that make exchange holidays easy and we have been to USA, Tenerife, Spain, Madeira, Mexico, Lanzarote, Italy, India all 5* accommodation.

Resort has a drop facility to just near to your rooms running till 11.30pm, the breakfast in Kapriz, the in house restaurant is indeed a must as they cater for all tastes.
