Situated overlooking the holiday resort of Los Cristianos on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands my two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is in the RCI Gold Crown awarded Hollywood Mirage complex. The complex is approximately 8 miles from the Reina Sofia airport, just twenty minutes taxi ride away. It's situated on the fourth floor, serviced by several lifts, overlooking the main pool.

The apartment's main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead straight on to the wide balcony. The balcony affords unobstructed views, of Los Cristianos, the ferry port and the island of La Gomera. To the right the Mount Teide mountain range is visible. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a bed settee in the lounge. It has a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, the lounge has a television and DVD player, and the apartment has the added bonus of air conditioning.

On site there is a restaurant, bar, mini market, beautician, hairdresser, internet computer room, fully equipped gym, squash courts, sauna and Jacuzzi and a pool side bar serving hot and cold food and drinks from morning to late afternoon. There is nightly entertainment by musical groups in the restaurant. The complex is situated in a quiet location within a short distance of the resort of Los Americas where numerous restaurants and bars abound.

My timeshare is fixed weeks for use around the months of April and May. Some years the time coincides with Easter.

Situated 700 miles south of Spain and a few hundred miles off the coast of North Africa the resort enjoys warm weather. From the nearby port you can catch a ferry to the island of La Gomera, or enjoy a few hours' whale and dolphin watching with one of the many charter companies that can be found around the port. If you fancy a trip there is a bus terminus in Los Cristianos where you can catch a bus to the Aqua Park in Los Americas, or to the Islands capital Santa Cruz De Tenerife.
