We are selling weeks 31 and 32 due to health issues but have been extremely happy with our ownership and exchanges via RCI since we bought at the club in 1992. Maintenance fees fully paid for 2016. Further discount of £250 available if both weeks bought together.

The club is set within the San Andres community , Golf Del Sur, San Miguel, Tenerife. It is a Gold Crown resort with RCI. The resort is surrounded by the Golf Del Sur golf club and the clubhouse is literally across the road.

The resort is 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the San Blas CC with its cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. From San Blas there is access to the coastal path that goes to the fishing village of Los Abrigos, (with its specialty fish restaurants), to the east and west to the marina San Miguel. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Los Cristianos and Las Americas by car but there are also local buses to travel to other towns and villages.

There is a large free form outdoor pool surrounding the pool bar and restaurant with a further heated outdoor pool and a large children's pool. Other facilities include gym, spa, play areas, sports facilities, on site car hire and supermarket. The resort is suitable for all ages and during July and August there is an organized activities programme for families. The resort is built like a village with quiet lanes leading away from the car park and swimming pool areas.

The one bedroom units sleeping four are at 1st floor level and are very well equipped with full kitchens, a full bathroom, a shower room with toilet and a terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. The units have views out over the golf course, out to sea and up to Mount Teide.
