Owners are entitled to 50% off golf green fees, 20% off food and drink and 20% off spa treatments during their week of ownership and have free use of the leisure facilities, including the pool and gym.

The lodge has an elevated position with the balcony overlooking the golf course, with views to Bellmount Tower on the Belton House estate and St Wulfram's church in Grantham. There is parking outside for two cars and additional parking nearer the hotel. You enter the lodge on the upstairs level where there is a large open plan, kitchen, dining and living room, with freesat TV and iPod docking station. The kitchen is well equipped with built in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a washer/drier and extra fridge in the hall cupboard. There is also one bedroom upstairs and a shower room opposite which also contains the sauna.

Downstairs there is a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a twin room with an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have freesat TV. There is free Wifi in the lodge.

Good days out include, Belton House NT, Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and the lovely market town of Stamford and the city of Lincoln. There are good local garden centres nearby and plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants within easy reach.
