Residence EMERAUDE is situated in Belle Plagne, at 2050 meters the highest village of the ski resort La Plagne in the French Alps. It is part of the extensive Paradiski winter sports area in the Haute Savoie linked to Les Arcs by a large cable-car. It accesses 425 km of pistes from 1250 to 3250 meters high.

The studio apartment is available for week 11 (starting 16-22 March depending on Easter) , south facing, snow secure and is located on the ski piste that runs through the village and opposite the ski school assembly point.

The apartment has 4 single beds in 2 rooms separated by a sliding door, a separate bathroom and WC, and a kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The total is 28 m2 plus a 6 m2 patio and a ski store cupboard in the communal ski room. The condition of the apartment is good and is well maintained and updated. There is 45 years to run on the leasehold. Access to the resort is easiest by car, or by plane/bus from Chambery (1 1/2 hours) or train/bus from Bourg-St-Maurice (45 mins). Owners enjoy free parking in the underground car park below the building.

The property is located very close to all necessary facilities (bread shop, supermarket, restaurants, multiple shops ,bars etc.)

Residence Emeraude is a limited company managed by Clubhotel and apartments can be exchanged with other properties in the Pierre & Vacances Groupe in France.

We own 2 weeks in this building and wish to sell one, as we are cutting down on our skiing due to our age!
