The Lodge is situated in a prime elevated position which overlooks most of the golf course and views towards Grantham and beyond.

The lodges are set within the grounds of a 500 acre estate which is part of Belton Woods Hotel. It is in the heart of rural Lincolnshire about 2 miles from Grantham, 23 miles from Lincoln and 25 miles from Nottingham. It is ideally situated for many places of interest, ranging from castles and National Trust properties to museums and country parks,woodland walks and nature reserves. Rail and airport links are nearby. Excellent shops to suit all tastes and preferences from high street to specialist and designer shops are within easy reach.

The resort is affiliated to Interval International and RSI. We have also used the week for exchanges through Interval International and Dial An Exchange for the Algarve, Malta, Cornwall, Scotland and Madeira.

On site hotel facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, gym, squash, tennis courts , restaurants, bars, Spa and beauty saloon.

Two championship golf courses are also available for the keen golfer as well as practice facilities and a nine hole course for those starting out.

The time share is for Week 9 which is always the last few days of February and the beginning of March.
The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. The upper level is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, all furnished to the highest standards. From here a door opens on to a large balcony with views of the golf course and the countryside beyond. A fold-down double bed unit is available within the lounge area and there is a cloakroom, shower and a sauna on the same level. Stairs take you down to the main bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and the large en-suite has a separate shower and whirlpool bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite with a power shower. Both the bedrooms have TV.

The lodge facilities include a washing machine, dish washer, ironing board, hairdryer, safe and alarm. Parking bays are outside each lodge.

The lodge and hotel facilities combine to make this a flexible holiday venue.
