The location of the Belton Woods Resort is about three miles outside the Lincolnshire town of Grantham and is within easy reach of both the City of Lincoln and the old market towns of Stamford and Melton Mowbray. All the lodges are built into the side of a hill, among the trees, overlooking a championship golf course. The onsite Belton Woods Hotel offers bars and dining, together with swimming, keep-fit, squash, and health & beauty treatments. There are also on-site services offering a driving range, golf lessons, quad biking, and archery.

The Lodge on offer is an upside down building with the front entrance on the first floor. As you come into the entrance hall there's a twin bedroom one side with a bathroom/sauna on the other. Stairs lead down to the ground floor with a master double bedroom on one side with a large ensuite bathroom with fitted whirl pool bath, and a twin bedroom with ensuite facilities on the other side. Both bedrooms have windows overlooking the golf course. The well-proportioned lounge together with the kitchen/diner are on the first floor. The whole of the front of the upstairs part of the property is glass with French doors leading out onto a large balcony equipped with out outdoor seating and table. The balcony is a real sun trap affording a magnificent view over the golf course, together with the action on the green and tee some 100 meters below the property.

The Lodge is well-equipped with plenty of heating and adjustable lighting. Flat screen TV's are installed in the living room and downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave, separate fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is seating for eight at the glass-topped dining table. The lounge area is comfortably appointed with large leather sofas. There is also a convenient pull-down double sofa bed available in the lounge area. There is car parking for two cars right outside the property, with overflow parking a short walk away.

The week on offer for this luxury Lodge is fixed for week 44, right at the beginning of November, when the autumn colours are at their best. The week runs from Sunday to Sunday.
